1.1 Application of Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the pkbd platform and all its services. By accessing the pkbd website, opening an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

1.2 Definitions

The key terms used in these conditions have the following meanings:

• "Platform" or "pkbd" — the pkbd.cam website and all services under it.
• "User" or "Member" — any person registered on pkbd.
• "Account" — each member's own registered profile.
• "Balance" — the amount of funds deposited and available in an account.
• "Bonus" — any incentive money or benefit granted by pkbd.

1.3 Applicable Law

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

pkbd reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time as part of safe and transparent operations. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until the verification process is complete. The following documents may be requested:

• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).

3.1 Login Security and Password

3.2 Account Inactivity

If an account has no login or financial activity for 12 (twelve) months or more, it will be marked as an inactive account. In this case, an account maintenance fee may apply. The account will be reactivated once the user logs in.

pkbd may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• In case of a breach of the Terms.

• If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
• To comply with instructions from authorities or legal directives.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on pkbd will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳5,000 will earn an additional ৳10,000 bonus. To receive this bonus, the bonus option must be selected at the time of the first deposit after registration.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x (ten times).
• This means that if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets before withdrawing.
• The contribution percentage for meeting wagering requirements may differ across certain games.
• If the wagering requirements are not met within 30 (thirty) days of receiving the bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
• A maximum withdrawal limit on earnings from bonuses may apply.

5.3 Other Promotions and Offers

6.1 General Gaming Conditions

• There must be sufficient balance in the account before placing any bet.
• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• In the event of a dispute regarding an incomplete game round due to a technical error, pkbd's decision is final.
• If there is evidence of manipulation or a software error in a game result, the relevant round will be voided and the bet amount will be refunded.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

• Bets must be placed before an event starts; otherwise the bet will be void.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled according to the circumstances.

• Account losses due to user negligence or security breaches.
• Losses during unexpected technical errors or system maintenance.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8.2 Service Availability

pkbd strives to ensure the highest quality of service. However, the service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or other circumstances. pkbd will make efforts to restore the service within a reasonable time.

8.3 Acknowledgement of Betting

• General complaints: initial response within 24 to 48 hours.
